No customer Care for Kutchina Hobs & Chimney

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Kutchina

I have requested following two services from Kutchina (on payment basis as products are out of warantee) about three weeks back:
1. Replacement of glass of my Hobs (Kutchina model-Quadra 4 BG), complaint dockit no. 131416200077 dated 12th July 2013.
2. Repair of Autoclean system of my Chimney (Kutchina model-Florantine). complaint dockit no. 131416200077 dated 12th July 2013.
In spite of repeated follow ups with their customer care no. and their Delhi service centre, there is no response regarding the same. Both my products are just 1 and half year old and no service available from Kutchina.
