Name of company/service: ONLINE PHONE RECHARGE
I tried to recharge my phone from www.freecharge.in (Ph : 8860369253 Vodafone Delhi) my money is deducted from my bank account and the phone is not recharged. This online portal has credited the money in my portal account credit which i am not able to use as my transaction is continuously failing. My phone is active and not barred I confirmed from vodafone customer service desk. I need my hard earned money back. Please help.
