I am a frequent user of Samsung Mobile and on 01/06/2013, I thought to give a try with Karbonn Mobile. I bought S5 the most advanced phone karbonn has in the market, many people advised me to not go for all these brands as their service is pathetic but I didn’t listen to any of them.
After a Month, my phone’s touch stopped working, I went to the service centre on 13/07/2013 who were not professional at all and they asked to submit the phone and will call once the issue is resolved without any deadline. After no response from them for 3 days, I called them and they said it would take one month but they have not send the phone to the head quater till now, after I shout at them on 16/07/2013 they made a job sheet and sent the phone to the head quarter with a resolution expected after a month.
Why the hell on earth I will wait for a phone for a month? I need my phone back within 3-4 working days from the day you received this email else I will go to the consumer forum. YES, I have made a big time mistake by purchasing a brand like Karbonn. Please do DOA and arrange for a new phone asap.
