Hello,
Sharing this complaint against online shopping portal Infibeam.com. Please do not deal or shop on infibeam just to avoid a very poor and unprofessional customer service experience. I had ordered a cordless phone on 25-Jul-2013. As per the information displayed in the advertisement, the product was supposed to get delivered within 3 to 4 days but I have not received delivery as of today, 1-Aug-2013. I had made several phone calls to their helpline and I was promised delivery since 28-Jul-2013. This is nothing but misguiding and causing stress to the consumers just because we are helpless after having made the payment.
It would be great if you can share this with the other consumers who may think of buying stuff from Infibeam. Its not at all recommended.
