Request for data plan deactivation not Attended from last 6 months

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: VODAFONE AP

Hi,

I am a having a Vodafone AP corporate gsm service with Relation number 1.90084360. I dropped mails to [email protected] in Februrary 6th and again on April 2nd. I received acknowledgement mails saying within 2 days they are going to resolve the issue. But till now there is no response from Vodafone AP.
