Not answering to my complaint

Name of company/service: MTNL Broadband Services Janpath

Hi Team,

I want to write complaint about MTNL Broadband. No one is ready to resolve my problem of internet which is not working from last 8 days. I contacted Mr Raghuvendra (Area Manager, Janpath). He is also not ready to resolve my proble.

And if consumer don’t pay bill. They cut the line in one day. They have time for that but not to resolve the problem.
