Name of company/service: Srivas Hyundai

Rakesh Kumar Singh bought a Hyundai i10 era special edition from Srivas Hyundai, Hajipur Jhadua road, Bihar.
My car delivery date was on 22nd April but dealer unable to deliver on due date, after visit some many times at their showroom they deliver on 24th April evening and give me in written he will put all offered accessories after a week. But when we reached their showroom for asking my accessories they are saying they won’t give.
Now I have a option to go consumer court because I already talked to their MD Mr. Ashish, he said you can complained to consumer court.

I sundaram priyadarshi.from hajipur distt vaishali.i hv booked i10 grand asta petrol on 30th september at srivas hundai add. M g setu jadua.hajipur.my delivery date is fifth oct. But till now not delivered.each nd every day he cheat with me. Nw i m fed up with srivas hundai.i hv paid all the amount. Now what to do. I m very offset.u know today is my birthday. What to do now if u will not dilivered the iten grand asta pet. I will really cancelled on monday. Yesterday i hv gone to srivas hundai bit again he hv committed me that i will delivered on sunday. But now i m asking for that they told me sorry.

Last month i hv paid the all amount. But till nw i not get the dream car grand asta.plz solve my problem.as soon as possible. Will you trace me the real position of grand iten asta where it is when it will delivered to me i can wait for that. S .n singh is a sales manager. He is frod nd lier.
