We feel extremely disappointed to have purchased the Volkswagen Vento. its been 2 years and the car has been in the showroom for more time than its been with us. the people at the workshop do not know how to respond to customers and not even a single person from the workshop including the service managers respond to calls made by us.
Now are car has been lying in the showroom since 4th june, 2013.
we have sent mails to customer care of Volkswagen with no response.
Now they have crossed all limits. We demans a new car or compensation to that extent. we are feedup with the service and we do not want the car now.
