This is with reference to my recent order I made on a merchant’s website ref. www.bhaap.com .. The said order has not been shipped yet.
My concern is to stop/cancel/refund these transaction’s as I made an erroneous purchase and do not need the product I’ve ordered.
Primarily, I’ve raised the concern to the merchant and they refuse to cancel my order and provide me a refund as per their policy.
Please assist on the issue.
