i got a message from bsnl that my “follo” pack has been renewed and i have been charged rs. 5/7 days, i tried to unsubscribe it and bsnl tells me that there are no current services on my number again i have been charged rs. 5 for the second time, i called bsnl customer care but they only made fun of me on the phone and hanged up on me. now i cant even reach the customer care services, because i want to complain, they block my customer care access, is this how things should work. pls help.
