My name is akash.i am rcom customer since 2 yrs.2 days before i recharged my cell with 36 rs terrif plan which i found in reliance boucher which were latest and that showing maharastras rcom plan only. I select this terrif plan as per his benifits of 20tt and 30p/min call rate for 60 days. But after recharge i neither got balance nor my call rates comes down.
So i decided to call cce for my complain.but she answerd me that this plan is only for mumbai not for maharastra.but in rcom broucher its not mentiond and second thing if its not applicable for maharastra than how come u can show mumbais plan in same broucher.and third thing after recharge why u send me msg that enjoy 30p/min for 60days and 20tt.it should be unsuccesful.
So i want to make a complain against this.its not about for only 36 rs terrif but its against system that confues customers.
