sir,i am here to inform you that i order for an akash tablet few years ago,in the middle of this month(july) we receive a call from them to confirm our booking we confirmed it and gave our house address details they said that we will get the delivery with in a week.after two three days an another call came that we will get the delivery in a day or two last sunday (28th july) a all came that we have reached near your home and keep the money ready (rs.5,999=rs.4,999 for the tablet and rs.500 approx for the keyboard and the shipping charges also) the courier boy came and gave the tablet and took the money. as we opened the device it worked properly but till the evening it started showing errors like:hanging,and it only opens when the charger is put on other wise it shut downs,internet doesn’t connects,the network of the sim goes after 2-3 minutes,the keyboard letters doesn’t functions properly,etc and we have the warranty card even but the helpline number provided doesn’t works.we don’t know what to do now….can you please help us sir..contact [email protected] please let us know…
