CROMA misused my credit card

Name of company/service: CROMA

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought AC from CROMA Indirapuram store Ghaziabad on 02-May-2013. Invoice no SLF02A024010041800 ,Bill no.1,created by- Rajender kumar.

I made payment of rupees 20709.00 by CITI bank credit card on 6 month EMI.

When i received my first statement after purchase bill outstanding was somewhere rs 8000. When i asked credit card customer care they informed me that EMI is for 3 month. I said it is for 6 month and 6 month EMI is written on payment slip. They asked me to confirm with CROMA. Now i am chasing CROMA for last more then 2 month. Every time they told me that we will resolve you complaint but now i understand they just making me fool and wasting my time as well as my money. 4 times i went to CROMA center and made many calls to them. I have sent my statement on their email ID’s many times.(‘[email protected]’ , ‘[email protected]’)

Now bank is charging me taxes every month, because i cannot make payment in one go. I made it for rps 3500 every month at the time of purchase, which i am still making.
Now they have stopped responding my calls on mob no.+919015483823 which they provide me.

Requesting you to please take action against these type of stores who don’t understand the value of customer’s money and time.
