My self Avakash Malaviya, i have ordered a mobile (Karbonn Smart A7 Star) on 21st june and order number is KA/138080/UHBCQCQ6 .
Epected delivery date was 6 th july.When I called customer care (+91 – 120 – 4835000) they told product is not available.
They send voucher code (NY7I-4ADF-1R6R-H1WZ) for that money.I purched another mobile(Karbonn A9 Plus) from kaunsa.com on 5th july order number is KA/138080/4TDRV2YZ .Again i called customer care and they told this product is not avilable.So i ask for refund and they suggest me to do it from my login from kaunsa.com.
I have raise a request for refund from my login (Kaun/T138080/130QGAN86C) and i called customer care but they told we can’t give refund we can only give voucher code.
Could you help me regarding this so they can’t play with another person in the country. i am ready to give all the proof.
