This is to inform you that I have purchased the Micromax A101 mobile from Home shop18, I have Booked the Same on 12th July 2013 Order No.927551315 and got delivered on 16th of July worth Rs. 9000/- , after 4 days that means on 22nd July it’s touch pad stopped working , immediately I phoned to homeshop18 to registered the complaint, I got the reply from customer care staff that your product will be replaced in 48 Hrs, as you get the (DOA) document from the Micromax gallery
Same day I rushed to the micromax gallery, but that time the server was not working and they refused to take the complaint even refused to communicate with the customers standing in the gallery ( Shop No.8, ground floor. bal ganpati trust compound, Edulji road Charai, Thana ) after struggling a lot I somehow manage to speak to Mr.Nishant ( so called manager) he provided me the Mr. Manish contact details, I was trying to talk to him but he was showing as if he was busy in some other work, after fight he attended me and took my mobile and asked me to call after 8 days the Job sheet nob. what they provided me was WO3057807134649485 , but they find some error in the same and they closed the same and provided me the fresh Jobsheet Nob. WO3057807134653459 ,now TRYING to contact them but NO is answering the phone ,
Then I happened to contact home shop18 for the support, when I told them the history they refused to replaced the mobile
Please help me in this matter
