I am using Broadband Internet Prepaid Service from M/s. Zylog Systems (INDIA) Limited company at my home since 1 year. But from last 3 months I am facing lots of problems for using internet service. I have done online recharge for using internet service before 10 days but I have got “Network Failure Error” on the login page. Hence I am not able to use internet service and I also inform the same through email to superior level person of the company but still I have not received any reply from them.
I herewith request to you that kindly solve my issue as early as possible and do the needful at earliest & oblige.
