99labels promised a ‘jute’ poster which on delivery turned out to be of paper. the parcel arrived in a totally damaged manner and the reverse pick up was refused. Besides the parcel didnt have any sign that said ‘fragile’.i have maintained all the mails and photos if a query is initiated.
