my mobile no. 8979138971 i have activated rs.5 pack in which i should be provided with 10 local and std min but on calling std deduction from my balance.on calling customer care they said again and again that pack is only for local mins and by taking on hold disconnect after 18 min.which costs me rs.3.so along with refund i want compensation
