internet and miss behavior to customers

Name of company/service: airtel

Dear sir,
good afternoon,
sir airtel customers care use very poor language for customers. My problum is i am bye a new nokia lumia 620 and airtel give me 2gb 3g data 3 months. 2 months 3g data i am avail but my last 3rd months data he was not give me and he said to me i am not give you 2gb 3g data. Please sir take necessary action to against airtel compny.
and give my 3g data .
