On Date, I have bought a “Voltas AC W 1.0T 123PX” on dated 17 April 2013.
Its serial no. is 4011088A13A004034. Invoice No.: C-00594/13-14
I purchased from “KBM Electronics 1/32 main vikas marg, Lalita park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092. (Ph: 22448157, 22448158, Fax: 22449957, E-mail: [email protected]
I have requested for first free service to voltas customer care. (Request no: 13JL1704797) Two persons had come for service. Unfortunately, AC had fall down on floor and pipe line had broken and all gas had leakage.
They told me that they will repair my AC. I have complaint again in Voltas Customer Care for gas leakage due to AC engineer falt. Two person had come again next day and bring the AC. When my AC come with filling the gas. I was disappointed because AC had not performed Well. AC had not perfectly cooling. Engineer had not tested AC. AC must be tested before deliver the consumer.
I have reopen complain (Complaint No. 13JL1704797) for cooling problem. Two guys had come and bring my AC on date (26.07.2013).
Yesterday evening, I got AC from your engineers. Last time AC cooling is very low. But this time cooling is zero. AC is working as a fan and its temperature numbering is changing automatically itself. My three months AC is dump because of your engineers. I have complaint on customer care last night 26july 2013. (complaint no.13JL2904275).
My AC is totally damage because of careless engineer. I had also take your dealer (On spot AC) phone no. They had work on AC two three times. But they are unable to solve AC problem. I am not satisfied with this repaired AC. Please replace my AC and take legally action against On Spot AC dealer.
I am not satisfied with repaired AC. My AC is new. I have bought 3 months ago. Why I bear careless engineer fault. Please tell me, what is my fault. I have requested for service only. And I am facing gas leakages and cooling problem due to your engineers.
I want fresh new AC. How you can help me.
