Hi,

I am Mobarak Ansari R/O H N0-831 Hastsal T-Camp Uttam Nagar New Delhi-59, Ph-9811600367 has bought a new MTS DATA Card from BR Sons Enterprises Patel Nagar New Delhi-08, where i bought from Mr. Chetan there i got connection of Unlimited usage rental-550 in which speed 3.1 MBPS is promised but from since connection has started i never got speed of even 1 MBPS and i am keep calling to customer care and to Mr. Chetan but no action has been taken yet now every time i am getting excuse for correction its been week now and i can’t open proper any website or my mail, i feeling like fool after taking this connection and i want to surrender this connection due such mental harrasment and please take some neccesary action so that in future no such incident happens to any customer.
