Name of company/service: Vodafone Post Paid Mobile Connection
I have Visited Vodafone Store at Goregaon(E)-Mumbai for Disconnection/termination of Post-Paid Mobile connection with No.9820223979a on Dt.27/07/2013 To that their executive told me that Disconnection could not be possible at Vodafone store & i should send email from my register email id.
So i submitted the request for termination on Dt.27/07/2013 from my email id to [email protected] for disconnection.But i didnt got any reply from Vodafone side to that email.
So i again send them reminder email for disconnecting post-paid mobile connection on 29th July 2013.
In the mean time i also had live chat-conversation with their Customer support executive through Web-base portal through my Vodafone Account.And asking about case id & termination of connection asap.Executive told me that your request will be process within 48hrs. Surprisingly i got pathetic reply in the form of email from them on 30th July 2013…”We confirm that your request for disconnection of Vodafone number will be processed on 05/08/13.”
These Vodafone is deliberately extending/delaying the termination request to eat out/steal money from client/customer in the form of Rent etc.
These fraudulent/Mal-practice should be condemn & necessary action should be taken again Vodafone.
