Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased the product from Aquafresh RO: Super Grand Plus R.O (Invoice No. 3672, dated: 05-07-13) and my residence address is: 34, Bharat Nagar, 2nd Floor, Opp. Ashok Vihar Phase-3, Delhi-110052.
Aquafresh H.O address: 206, Vardhman Sunder Plaza, Plot No-12, Near Aggarwal, Sector-12, Dwarka, New Delhi-
Its been more than 10 days now that i have registered a complaint at their office telephonically (as there is no other alternative to register the complaint) to re-solve the leakage problem in the machine and to my surprise no one is ready to address my complaint from the registered office in Dwarka, Delhi. Everyday i have been calling their office (Tel No: 011-45768993) since 18th July 2013 and everyday i’ve been promised that the problem will be resolved but at the end of the day no one turns-up.
I am sorry to say but i have no other option other than to do the stop payment of cheques given as a PDC against the EMI option to the Company. I request you to kindly help me get the refund from Aquafresh Co. as i do not want to continue with their product only because of no after sales service/support.
People in their office are very well trained to ensure how to fool customer’s? They have also proved that their Co. is nothing less than CHEAT and FRAUD. It’s a very strange, surprised and ashamed thing that their Co. is an ISO certified, their people knows how to do the sales and does not know at all when it comes to do the after sales service/support.
Kindly, do the necessary intervention at the earliest.
