AD posted for Mobile turned to be bogus

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: An Individual AD on OLX

I saw an AD on OLX selling Mobile phone I contacted the Seller and Transferred the cash to his account
Dr. Gopal kumar shaw, Punjab national bank, salary saving acc. Acc. No. – 4427000101433250
Mobile No.09051808954

NOw this man has not sent me the phone first he said he has sent it and gave me Bluedart tracking id which was fake I tried to get in touch with him he was answering my phone for 2 days then no answer from him. I said I will complain to the police he said I can do whatever I want
I guess he knew the police will not help, I went to police they refused to do anything I guess these people know the Indian system is useless and that’s why they do such things without the fear of Indian Law
Please help me if something can be done

    deependra same case now in bangalore .. call me once i have contact with lal bazaar police ..they need all documents that he has fraud with u … call me or mail me if u want ur money back n track him … do as fast as possible …07411101536.

    Hi depander,
    I see the same add posted in tirupathi olx i tried contacting him and he introduced to me as doctor tusar das i didnt find any doctor by that name in tirupathy u can call him and try to catch him he posted the add with the same phone number ans he is ready to meet personally to give the mibile so if you are ready try calling him and plan to catch him

    same happen for me..also …i contacted to tusar das in tirupati. and i transwer the money to his bank account .now he is not lifting the mobile . please give ur contact details i will call u ….and give my information available with me .
