Do’nt provide a bill

Hi Team,
Netram is an eye-hospital at Narayanpur bat-tala (Near Sir Ramesh Mitra Road, Rajarhat, Kolkata- 700136). I asked to provide a reciept of consulting fee and medicine bill, but they denied to provide the bill. After a long argument they provided a bill (not a original bill) of only consulting fee, not for a medicine bill.
They are clearly saying that they don’t provide a medicine bill.
