Not getting refund for cancellation of product

Location/place: BANGALORE

Name of company/service: HOUSEFULL FURNITURES

Hi,

I had booked for a sofa and a tea table to HOUSEFULL FURNITURES 3 months ago.
They had promised to deliver the product 1 month after the booking.
The product was not delivered on time,so I had called for cancellation of the order and refund of money which the store manger had agreed.
It has been two months since then and my money is still not refunded.

Please help.
