SERVICE COMPLAINTS DETAIL
1. Facing problem from last two months, vehicle does not take proper pick up & may be problem related to air trapping.
2. when I approached Chakradhar Honda, Surat after service & asked about my problem been not resolved a class 4 mechanic says I don’t drive it properly, from last 5 days my bike is in service station & they are still unable to solve the problem.
3. 70-80% workers don’t know how to behave with customers at Chakradhar, Surat
4. they don’t even accept cards, no facility for card swapping.
5. personally contacted Mr. Shishir(service manager, Chakradhar, surat) about unicorn problem, he asked to put the vehicle in service for 2-3 days.
6. I have even put my Activa (midnight blue) GJ5- FE- 5968 in service, 4 days ago, they have introduced new problems in my vehicle, which were never there. they even changed dimmer switch without asking me. the mechanic doesn’t see the horn sticking and he changed the dimmer which was working properly, didn’t even returned the changed part. some new noises are coming from my activa after it came from the service
9. the whole staff including service manager are not co-operative.
I request you kindly resolve my problem & do the needful & don’t let me go to the consumer forum.
at present I am feeling that I have done a mistake by purchasing Honda vehicles.
