i have booked the bus ticket from goibibo. my travel date is 31 july from indore to agra. i booked the AC sleeper bus, but i go the sms for travel of 27th july 2013. when i called customer care they tole me my booking is done for the 31st in non AC, however till now i have called more then 10 times to the customer care, these customer care executive kept me on hold for 30 minutes approx, i was asked to travel in the non AC buses as with my family or i can take the refund. however i was already booked the ticket from pune to indore on 30 july, from Indore to agra i booked my AC sleeper ticket, now the Goibibo is not helping me… this is a kind of harassment for me.
