Hi,
I am Vamshi. I have uploaded my resume in Naukri.com from where this company called Click2Resume picked my CV. I have recieved a call from an advisor named Yashraj Srivastav, Recruitment Team, Sr Career Advisors (thats what he said of his role). He has advised my profile is suitable for jobs with several companies they have association with and I could be posted in my home location itself for which I have to pay a sum of Rs 1300/- for Career Flash which was the only payment required, they have asked me to be online and guided through their website www.click2resume.com and the service selection and payment, I was actively seeking work as such I agreed and made the payment through credit card.
Then the call was transferred to another advisor and he softly misguided and said I need an additional payment for verification services and social media profiling as that is where the companies get my details from, the verification will be from a reputed company called Pinkerton who will verify all my documents so that they can directly get me interviews and companies wont need any verification. So they got me to pay an additional fee of Rs 3297/-.
Then it was transferred to another advisor, who spoke and advised I would need my Resume re written to match the roles that they are going to send my profile to so I need another service for the amount of Rs 4368/-, I argued for a while asked questions on why do I need a resume when I already have a resume and I dont need those services, he said as the profile is sent to different recruiters, they will modify my resumes accordingly for different profiles so I can get an interview, they managed to convince me to make that payment and after that I was detailed that I need an international resume written as well. I argued I was looking for jobs in India as such wouldnt need an international resume, but he somehow convinced me saying the office though located in India have their head office abroad as they are MNC’s as such there head office need a copy of the resume for which they need an internation resume. Now this was for an amount of Rs 4338/- which I again paid.
Then they said I need a cover letter in the end, it was the advisor Ahmed this time, he kept on trying to convince me, I argued I have already opted for all the services and cover letter will be included in resume building but he kept on pestering the same, I said the previous advisor Yash said I dont require any more payments and he said this is the last one. I didnt agree for this. I called back the number I recieved the call from 01206744740 and spoke to Yash and again he re assured I dont need to make any more payments and my CV has been forwarded for those services selected.
At every mode of payment I was cheated saying if I dont make this payment all the payments I have made before will be invalid and they cant do anything, they said they cant refund as there policies dont refund any money.
After a month later I recieve a call from another advisor again saying my resume was shortlisted by a company but it got returned because there was a Combo package which was missing from my products selected, he tried to guide me through the service selection screen adn I argued for long that I have already selected and paid individual services so why would I need combo services, but he tried to manipulate me by saying the company has requested this, if I dont make this payment all my services will be invalid and they cant do anything from here. I argued in anger, and the advisor kept pestering with the same information that I have to make the payment.
Now I have lost and amount of Rs 13303/- all paid through a credit card, I have the transaction statement.

I have paid all this amount for these services and there is nothing I have gained. They have given false promises and cheated misguiding and harvesting on people looking for employment. If they really did get me a job I wouldnt have worried at all but I havent even recieved a single call from them after making the payment and sending documents for verification. Rather I recieve a call again asking for more money. Now when I try contacting them, the line is always engaged probably while they are trying to get money from more unemployed people like me.
Please help me get the money refunded as I am currently unemployed and every rupee I paid is important in my current situation.
