Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular Ltd.

This complaint is against my mobile service provider Idea Cellular Ltd. My Mob. No. Is 9822064297. I live in Pune.

I got this message on mobile few minutes ago: Dear Customer,
thank you for downloading Combo_dhamaka from SYMBIOTIC.
You have been charged Rs. 49.

I got this message 4th time today. Idea Cellular Ltd. has cheated me by using wrong tactics to deduct money from my account. They are using marketing tricks from a Canada Based Company called Symbiotic Inc. They present these Download Contents pages on our mobile’s browser whenever our mobile is idle and 3g is on. When we want to use the mobile, we tend to click some links by mistake. In my case, I didn’t even click any link. I got charged Rs. 49/-. Even though I clicked the back button on my mobile.
This fraud should stop right now. I want my money back immediately.
