not delivering the ordered item

Name of company/service: star cj alive

i have ordered a bakeware set of wonderchef frommstar cj alive on middle of the june by order number 20130614034750.

but they deliver me wrong item i.e. hot plate of wonderchef which was not according to my order.

i complaint many a times to company’s representatives, even asked for replacement or refund.

but no solution is done by them.

moreover they say at last that we wouldnt do any thing for you.

kindly help me.
