reliance prepaid deducted rs 250 balance without any reason

0n 29th June i have recharged with 110 rs and which was deducted by reliance without intimation with other available balance in my card,total 140 rs were deducted.thereafter i again recharged with rs 110 which was also deducted without reason and any intimation.
total rs 250 were deducted and when i tried calling customer care they kept on saying that there is problem in system for three days and after that they rudely behaved and said that they cannot refund without providing any appropriate reason
