Dear Sir or Madam:
I am Kajal. I have bought micromex funbooktalk P360 5th July 2013 Bill No. 1525 from Crazy Communication Shop No.14-15, Main Market Subhash Nagar New Delhi .It has some problem in it on 7th July 2013. It is not switching on .we gave it to the shop keeper and he hand it over to the service center(Rapid Communication) on 11th July 2013. It is coming to us on 22nd July2013 but its still not working.we send it to the service center again they call us again and again but they neither give us a properly repaired nor exchange it. Please take some immediate action against it. Thank You.

    C grade customer service of Micromax…

    I have purchased Micromax Cancas A115 before 6 month…now suddenly my Head phone(Hand free) stopped working..
    then i went Micromax service centre then they maked order for new head phone said to me for w8 15 day they will call but didnt make any call till 1 month at last i maked a call him then they asked to come….but give me local head phone not any sticker of micromax..voice also rubus of head phone..i denied to take this but she told company provided this.
    My frien also buy a phone HD canvas and phone shut down suddenly he went to customer service but its gone 2 month still my friend didnt get any positive response..they increasing time by 15 days again & again…

    So i will sugest you never go for micromax phone…if want buy a good phone…
    they providing c grade service.
