Car booked through Transport not delivered

Location/place: Mangalwedha/ Solapur

Name of company/service: Agarwal Car Transport Company Vashi

I Have booked a consignment for shifting of Car from Mumbai to Mangalwedha Solapur through Agarwal Car Transport Office No. 102, Neelratan Complex, Sector No. 19/C, Palm Beach Road, Behind Sony World, Vashi, Navi Mumbai-400705 in the month of June 2013.

Since then i am following with the company official to deliver the consignment or return it back to the sender address , however they are not listening and asking to take back the Car from their storage location .

Please take up the matter with the agency.
