Reliance dissconnected our 10 yrs old business number without prior notice

Name of company/service: Reliance

we were using reliance mobile since past 10 yrs and the company disconnected our service without any prior notice on diwali. We tried hard to contact them but every person we contact directed us to the other. it was our business number we are going through financial losses since our number was business number. please help us.
