Name of company/service: Rediff

I bought a product from rediff shoping as a gift for my family member in India on a special occasion. Unfortunately, I have been delivered a faulty Product. Informed rediff that the product is faulty. They advised to return which as been returned as directed. After receiving, the product I tried to contact the several times to know what happens next, am I going to get refund or replacement. All my effort gone in vain. No response from Rediff. I think I am being made victims fraudulent on-line shopping nexus.
