No security due to which thiefs snatched the amount from customers hand inside bank premises

No security guard in State Bank of India Lalbaug Branch.Lack of security due to which thiefs sit inside relaxing near deposit counters and snatch the amount Rs 22000 from customers hand and run off from branch premises.(State Bank of India Lalbaug Branch).Is this the security and treatment been provided to the customers. Need the answer that who is reponsible for such mishaps. How safe are the customers and their money in the bank.
