I am using a reliance wired broadband service in Bhopal (MP) and id number is 316659110842. My net is not working from 7th July 2013 and I have lodged to terminate my account as your local office told me it can’t be fixed anytime soon. On 11th July 2013 I lodged a request to terminate my account for which i received a call on 13th July, as I was busy I told the spokesperson to call after ten minutes, but i never received any call. After calling customer care repeatedly I got a call again on 19th July and the lady on call told me that my problem will be fixed in a day and if not she will call me again the very next day and I can choose to terminate my account then. Today is 26th July and I never got any call back. I called up customer service twice and they assure me that i will get a call ‘Tomorrow’ . But as its said, “Tomorrow never came” . I just want my account to be terminated i asked customer service officer if is there any alternate way of termination of services and they told me “Its not possible unless i get a call” Please terminate my account or i will file a formal application in consumer court Bhopal.
