मैंने कुछ समय पहले एक टेबलेट अमेज़न.इन से खरीदा है.
ये अमेज़न एक अमेरिकन कंपनी है जिसने अभी अभी भारत में अपना व्यवसाय शुरू किया है .
इस कंपनी ने Milagrow कंपनी का एक टेबलेट अपलोड किया था जो की कालिंग टेबलेट की सूची में था एवं उसके स्पेसिफिकेशन में GSM फ़्रिकुएन्सि और 3G लिखा हुआ था !
मैंने वह टेबलेट 3999 रु में खरीद लिया जब टेबलेट मुझे मिला तो मुझे पता चला की ; वह टेबलेट कालिंग टेबलेट नहीं है उसमें सिम लगाने की सुविधा नहीं है;
जब मैंने कंपनी को पत्र लिखा; तो उन्होंने हीला हवाली शुरू कर दी ; जब और पत्र व्यवहार हुआ तो कंपनी ने अपनी गलती स्वीकार की और मुझे कहा की उन्होंने इस प्रोडक्ट के स्पेसिफिकेशन सुधार दिए हैं और आगे से . ऐसे गलती नहीं होगी; जिन लोगों को उन्होंने ये प्रोडक्ट बेचे है वे उन्हें भी इस गलती की जानकारी दे रहे हैं
हफ्ते भर बाद जब मैंने फिर से Amazon.in विजिट की तो देखा की वो टेबलेट फिर से उसी स्पेसिफिकेशन के साथ लिस्टेड है
मैंने पुन: कंपनी को बताया तो कंपनी ने स्पेसिफिकेशन बदला !!
लगातार शिकयतों और जानकारी देने के बाद भी कालिंग टेबलेट की लिस्ट में
आज भी कई गलत टेबलेट लिस्ट हैं !
अमेज़न की साईट पर अभी भी कम से कम २५ ऐसे प्रोडक्ट हैं जिनकी जानकारी गलत दी हुयी है !
अपने लाभ को बढ़ने के लिए कंपनी गलत जानकारी ग्राहकों को दे रही है और जब शिकायत होती है तो
मामला सुलटाने की कोशिश होती है. मुझे कंपनी ने १५०० रु का लालच भी दिया की आप टेबलेट रख लो और १५०० रु भी ले लो और मामला ख़त्म करो !!
जिसे मैंने ठुकरा दिया !
असलियत यह है की सामान्य उपभोक्ता तकनीकी मामलो की जानकारी नहीं रखता और उसे जल्द और आसानी से मूर्ख बनाया जा सकता है; इसी बात का अमेज़न फायदा उठा रही है;
इस तरह अगर कंपनिया व्यापार करेंगी तो ग्राहकों का क्या होगा !!
आपसे निवेदन है की इस तरह की अपराधिक गतिविधियों की तरफ जनता का ध्यान आकर्षित करवाएं; जिससे जनता सतर्क रहे !!
अमेज़न से किये गए पत्र (EMAIL) व्यवहार की प्रति भेज रहा हूँ .
अगर आपको ईमेल की फ़ॉर्वर्डेड कॉपी की आवश्यकता हो तो मुझे बताएं मैं वह भी आपको तुरंत भेज दूंगा !!

Croma is a big company and i suggested hire some good guys & throw these useless guys in dustbin.
I don’t understand why they want the same info which they have. I sent the screen shot of listing few days ago from my side.
They have to know, No link should be live forever & croma/amazon can re edit the link & content too.
So screen shot is only the option accepted by any court.
Please don’t waste your time in discussion. I am asking you where is the gsm frequencies hardware in this tab which you describe in your product specification & please tell me how can i use this feature.
If you can’t understand the issue, call me i can teach you Telecommunication technology.
Amazon accepted , this tab was ranged in Calling facility list. (check the Screen shot as a proof of your listing).
But if you ask such type of misleading questions again. This will be proven i court, you are confusing customers & want to take advantage of lack of knowledge of customers.
Be fare and accept your mistake.
