I had bought a Chimney(for kitchen) and a 3 Burner Gas Oven for Rs 14500 and Rs 5000 respectively from SKY MARKETING( ADDRESS-10 No. PANCHANANTALA ROAD, KOHINOOR APP, BELGHARIA, KOLKATA-700056. PHONE: 033-64522222/9143019598). They had provided me with warranty and servicing for 1 year starting from 7.8.2012. The chimney and the oven are not working properly and I have complained them to take the required actions repeatedly for several times. But no response was given by the aforesaid company. My warranty is going to expire within 15 days from now. I feel that they are trying to dupe me. If they cannot service properly, I want my money back. I urge for help in Consumer Forum.
