last month I purchase a samsung mobile model:galaxy star duos.this is android 4.1 jellyben os and having 4 gb internal memory but it shows only 1.92 gb that means 2gb.when i talk with one of the customer care guy said os taking 2 gb.if its true why they denied to give written mail.and if they able to mention 1.92 gb why unable to mention 3.89 or 4 gb. I dont understand
