I had purchased Micromax canvas doodle. Its malfunctioning just after 15 days of purchase.Neither are they giving adequate service nor r they ready to give me contact details of higher authorities. On the contrary their executive are misguiding and giving misleading information.. I have wasted more than rs 500 on this now.Its been more than a month but the phone was with me for not more than 17 days.
I want refund of money I dont see the reason for no replacement as they are claiming due to the inherent problem and manufacturing defect in the phone
I have been mentally harassed and have been without phone for days. I want compensation
