The Above Intimation of Complaint and issue is Simultaneously Sending to All above Department to avoid Confusion & Time.

I kindly Request TRAI to investigate my Complaint for Unfair Business Act of Telegraph and data 2004.
I am Finally very Thankful to Reliance Communication which contacted me After 3 Months From When I registered My issue Towards Consumer Care with reference No: :’Reliance=012-222-332′ Dated 20th April 2013. The consumer care and billing department is not Contacted me Regarding Providing Faulty/ False Bill (Details Attached). I already Mension on Previous Bill Data Reliance is Not Interested to Solve the Issue of Customer and Never try to Resolve with in time limit and Need Bill within Time Limit How the Above Law is Applicable for One Party Only. I am Highly Interested To pay My bill On Time Please See previous All Record of My bills Toward Reliance and I am so long Customer Of reliance Since Last 10 Years.
I am Using Above Data Card For Online Ordering Medicine Which is Emergency Case Accrue in Day to Day Work and Hence the Data Usage on Above Service. After Getting False Bill I immediately call to Customer care to Re-correct it and resend me within 48 Hrs to Pay Correct Amount From My Side Which is Written on my Emails Successfully deliver to Consumer Care and Also belling Department.
And There is no Steps taken towards my Issue Only they know that is the Plan Details which is Not Material. And Disconnected My Services in the event of Wrong Billing and No services provided under Consumer care department which is part of Service included in Amount I pay to Service provider Is not Deliver to me On time. Due to same my Business and Personal Work Affected and Stopped, which cause me Financial and Mental Hazardous. In the Event of Faire Usage and All Time to time Communication and Information provided to Reliance Consumer care and Billing Department.
Now I Want Compensation for All above Affected Business & Mental Hazardous and Legal Complication Threatening Give by Money Recover Agent which Visited my Place on Monday 22nd July 2013.
1. Inconvenient and Loss of Orders Rs 1000Per day that is May 2013 June 2013 and July 2013 is Rs 30,000.
2. Communication time spend & Metal Hazardous Rs:5000
3. Future Business and Trust Effected Rs: 50,000=00
Total Recoverable Amount. Rs:81,000 (In words) Rs Eighty-one Thausand Only

Till today Dated 26th July 2013 I not receive any details I demanded to pay bills which is charged on my bill produced by Reliance.

I congratulate the recovery department which work faster than Consumer care Department.
