My used ID is “mwaleed”.We recharged with Rs.1235 for “offer 10mbps” unlimited service. My internet recharge bill no. is 46824. But right from the first day the internet is not working properly and any image on webpage is not opening. The broken images are loading. I complained for the same and my complaint no. is 154667 on tuesday but no action has been taken from their side. I called them several time and even went to their office but their response is extremely irresponsible. I feel like I have been cheated by them. I have faced several losses by because of their poor, irresponsible service.
