I purchased a micromax canvas lite gsm 900/1800z. on15/07/2013.it started having problem within a week and now on26/07/2013 the screen is not working and when i tried to talk to customer care centres they easily said it will take 1 week to be ok.but why should i give tjem 1werk.my new phone is not working and they said its not a problem.very poor service and bad
customer support.Really very dissapointing!! micromax is the worst service i have ever gone through..please look into my complaint..
