I had booked a water purifier on 8/07/12 and had paid the amount of Rs 13,990 by cheque. But till today the purifier has not been delivered. I have complained several times but every time they put the call on hold and i get no reply or response back. I would like to get full cashback along with compensation. I need help, please help me out. I have been fighting for my money from a year and i am still helpless.
