no power in LCD

I AM CALL AND COMPLAINT AGAIN AND AGAIN
HCL COMPANY (SERVICE CENTRA ,VIKAS DASS GUPTA ,SASHIKANT JHA KARDAKDOOMA ) BUTT NO SOLVED MY PROBLAM BEFOUR 25-MARCH-2013
AND I AM PEYD SERVICE CHARGE THREE TIMES 1600.
Before some days engineer are visit and change the RAM and now some days ago the LCD is dead we are also check the another power cable but there is no power in LCD. So I am not satisfy for this type of HCL quality and service so this is last time we purchase the HCL brand and in Future we are not suggest to anybody to purchase this Brand Product.

Now come to the point please arrange the engineer and solve the problem on priority. (Details are already provide in trail mail)
