Airtel money issue

Name of company/service: Airtel money

Hello,

My name is L. Ranjith kumar. I have an airtel mobile number(8978000408) which
I ported it to IDea. Recently. I asked a friend of mine to send money to my other airtel number
using the “AIRTEL MONEY” feature.Unknowingly, my friend sent RS5000 to 8978000408 which
is now in Idea network thinking it`s still airtel with transaction # 1373994335481 on 16/07/2013. We called the airtel money customer care regarding
the issue to which the reply was that I have to port the number back to airtel to get the money back and
I questioned them how did they accept the transfer when it is not an airtel number which is their mistake,
but Without any reply.

So, please look into this issue and please help me to get my money back at the earliest.
