Dear sir,
as we shifted our house from vijayawada too ne hyderabad on 03/07/2013…
we have approched model packers and movers in vijayawda for entire packing and shifting and we paid the amount of Rs 10000 at vijayawada itself…the other next day on the way to hyderabad the lorry by witch our articles are transporting was met with an accident…lorry driver and other cliner was injured with minor injuries but my articles in that lorry was totally damaged ie..my sofa set,electronic washing machine,berva and other costly items worth more than 50000…so i asked to the model packers about the damaged goods,they said on that time of incident they will reimbursied the amount..but it is happend almost 3 weeks still they are not even responding…as i buyed all my articles through my monthly emis.
sir,kindly let me know should i get any justice or not..
