Hi,
My name is Sunny Bansal. My mobile number is 9999596091. On 19th July 2013, I saw on vodafone website that after the recharge of 27rs my local calls will get cheaper to 40 paise per minute. So I did the recharge. But within few minutes I got the message that “Your data pack is now active”. I got confused and called vodafone customer care. The guy on call told me that 27 rs recharge is for 2G data pack and whatever written on website is wrong. He also told me that sms *444#27# and your local calls will be at 40 paisa per minute. I did the same and 27 rs were deducted from my balance.
Now there are two issues-
1) 27 rupees should be refunded which I paid for online recharge
2) I already had 3G data pack active but due to that false recharge, 2G data pack got activated and its due to vodafone’s fault that they didnt updated their website.So my 3G data pack should be reactivated with immediate effect.
I am really upset with vodafone customer care because there is no option of talking to your representative,which earlier was present.
I emailed them but except the automated reply I did not get any response.
